Continuous Foam Production Machines – Maxfoam / PURFORM
Maxfoam technology has set the industry standard for decades as the most widespread and economical method of continuous flexible foam block production. It produces blocks with variable density, a uniform cell structure, and low waste. Thanks to its modular design, capacity and quality can be increased over time with upgrades such as a flat-top system, liquid laydown, and additional chemical lines. Discontinuous / Single-Block Machines – Blockmatic
Blockmatic is a compact system that produces a single block at a time, making it ideal for manufacturers focused on low-to-medium volume production and specialty product groups. With mixing capacity options of 120, 150, or 180 kg, it can produce foam blocks across a wide density range. It offers flexible production with a lower investment compared to continuous lines.
Viscoelastic (Memory Foam) Production Package
Cannon Viking offers systems specifically developed for viscoelastic “memory foam” production. With increased mixing capacity, multiple dosing lines specific to memory foam chemicals, and separate tank storage solutions, it produces the high-quality viscoelastic blocks that the comfort foam and mattress industry needs.
Liquid Carbon Dioxide (CarDio™) Blowing System
CarDio™ technology uses liquid carbon dioxide as the blowing agent. It is a CFC-free, environmentally friendly solution that enables low-density foam production and working with filler materials. It increases production flexibility while optimizing chemical costs.
Mixing Heads and Dosing Units
Computer-based control systems provide real-time monitoring and automation of all production line parameters. They increase operational efficiency by delivering repeatable quality, low waste, and full traceability.
Tank Farms and Bulk Chemical Storage
Complete chemical storage and handling systems for the safe storage, conditioning, and transfer of polyol, isocyanate, and additives. They form the critical infrastructure for uninterrupted supply and workplace safety in large-scale production.
